Question...Who negotiated with who regarding these transactions ?
Some people may find this a tad INCESTUOUS.
I would imagine most PI's are in this for the UK recycling and not the widespread mining prospect assets. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Looks like I caused a stir. I was hoping someone else would go through the last few pages of
Form 10-Q and set my mind at rest. Looks to me as though CCC has run out of cash and will have to sell a LOT MORE TM1 shares to keep going. Help me out here please and offer an
alternative view with your evidence, not just an opinion.
FYI Very positive on the UK side, not so for the USA. Hence the extra research before I add to my meagre investment.

doesn't sit 100% with me!. CCC has a load of share holders, low SP so worth keeping an eye and maybe looking at revised NAV? Food for thought! Anyone else any views?

With Cazoo in free fall and dramatically cost cutting, can Autotrader expect a serious reduction in revenue soon ? Cazoo currently show almost 7000 cars advertised on A/T. That's BIG BUCKS !

Counting the the number of cars advertised each week should be a good indication of where the sp is going. sp follows revenue. Dont have to be WB to work that one out

Every week Autotrader are advertising less used vehicles due to a national shortage.
This situation is not going to change in the foreseeable future.
Less cars advertised = less revenue = less profit!!!
