40 API oil at Horse Hill in the Kimmeridge limestones was a great surprise. Because that is better quality than North Sea #Brent . The better surprise was that both the Kimmeridge and Portland oil were DRY #Oil on the initial flow tests - No water! Amazing! @UKOGlistedonAIM

@DavidLenigas some people thought 1.20p was too high to buy #ukog and now uttering rubbish as they missed the boat.
we are around 3p and premium placing at 2p considering last one at 0.90p and share price was 1.60p 3 days ago

Looks to me like it’s strap yourself to the @UKOG rocket for a while after they just announced YA gone and institutional money done and now de-risked as they head in to managing a very important time in the Weald Basin’s oil and gas history. Just IMHO. But DYOR!

Chaebol, you have so little knowledge about how the market works that you shouldn’t be trading, you don’t even know Directors and Chairman not allowed to buy shares when companies in a closed period to reveal price sensitive RNS?

We only gave away 250 millions share and got £5 millions, fully funded for 18 months which will take us to production, cash balance around £20 millions now, no dilution for 18 months, only way up:

Why did the institutions agree to pay £5 millions at 2p when share price was at 2.10p, also few weeks ago previous placing was at 0.90p, 110% premium from last one? What did Ukog show to them or told them? I think they released the placing RNS b4 close to shake the weak pi out, good news maybe tomorrow morning

2 days ago share price was at 1.60p, so it’s actually a premium placing, 3p tomorrow, no1 would pay 2p without huge potential

For 18 months, now wait for the news flow, no1 would pay 2p for £5 millions when share price was at 2.10p, watch out for news flow, it’s boom time, funding worry out of the way now
