PEDL233 Licence Update

As previously reported in the Company's unaudited results for the six-month period ended 31 March 2018, we highlighted that the initial term on PEDL233 was set to expire on 30 June 2018. The Oil and Gas Authority has now confirmed the licence has now lapsed.

Both UKOG and the licence's operator, IGas Energy Enterprise Limited, concluded that the asset offered low commercial potential together with significant future drilling and production planning consent issues related to its location in the South Downs National Park. This asset ranked low in UKOG's investment portfolio. No drilling activities or material expenditure was allocated to this asset over the next 18 months.

I am not suspecting, they are, check last 2 Wallbrook holding RNS, also share price getting pulled back like last time, dyor Guys, company May enter into transformational period but market works differently with share price.
I saw large background sellers above 100p, so I sold at 107p, price now under 90p, you also received Wallbrook selling confirmation RNS! Didn’t call it wrong imo!

Woodford already bought 18 millions which is 24%, Walbrook still has 13 millions share to sell and it seems they are determined to sell them all, last time sp dropped from 90p to 42p and Wallbrook sold down only 3%, they still have 16% left.
Let’s see who wins: it’s Woodford vs Wallbrook, we pi are just spectators, our investment will not put a massive effect on price imo, so far sp lost 20p from 110p to 90p. Game on, watching from sidelines!

They are having earthquakes as the oil trying to come out itself from the ground, this BBC report will bring lot more new investors tomorrow

Concerns had been raised that test drilling at Horse Hill by energy firm UKOG had caused the tremors, but Mr Galloway said the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) had told the BGS no test drilling had taken place.
The BGS said the calculated epicentres for the earthquakes were about 4.5km (2.7 miles) from the Horse Hill well and scientists took the step of contacting OGA on 28 June.
An OGA spokesman said: "No flow testing operations are currently taking place at the Horse Hill drilling site."
However, Frack Free Sussex has raised concerns about drilling by Angus Energy at Brockham, near Dorking.
The BBC could not contact anyone at Angus Energy on Thursday evening.

I have no intention of deRumping mate, that’s why i didn’t post in trading hours at all, it’s a good company, good potential if they delivered but I took into account that the stock risen from recent drop of 42p to 110p (140%) in 4 days, market mms do follow chart etc, so no1 can be certain about the direction of sp, I will watch closely, good luck guys.

Could go up, could go down, one thing for sure pi buy sell will not make much difference here, it’s ii buy sale makes difference here. So no one can predict with price, potential still remains great if they deliver.
About me learning? I have learnt the hard way over the years, total 60% profit from one stock in 3 days isn’t bad, is it?

My original target was to sell/slice at 120p but I ended up selling at 107p, another 40% profit, I sold as I saw large sellers above 100p and it did go down to 90p after morning rise, nothing wrong with potential but market works differently just like it retraced before from 90p to 42p. Don’t want to be the victim, will buy again if it goes down, good luck guys
