That’s what I think, RNS was designed this way! Maybe to get the big players in! Maybe they could smell oil already! I am expecting it to be up and running in less then a week

If it’s settled in court then they have to transfer 100% of combay as well as court fee, OEX legal cost plus it’s likely OEX will file another case to recover brand and financial damages cost to OEX.
So they are better off settling outside court and just transfering 100% combay to OEX as they don’t have the money to pay the extra, I think in today’s hearing they understood it’s going against them and bought time to talk to OEX to settle outside court.

Either way it’s a win win situation for OEX, multibagger coming, 5p to 7p easy

Yes, it may come before if they decide to settle outside court knowing they will loose the case, it will be cheaper for them to deal outside court as court may enforce fine and additional cost to the opposing party, good days coming for OEX
