House prices still rocketing here in Edinburgh, especially up to £350k which is affordable to most without paying too much in stamp duty. Flats that were £250k last year are now £290k.

I have just shorted again @ 38.80p, now hold three shorts averaging about 39.50p, will buy at 35p
