They aren't just offered out willy nilly they are more then likely in the hands of someone the broker does a large amount of deals with

They do offer it to existing holders within that brokerage

Sefton I'm not going down the lines of insults like you are its childish! I am nearly telling you what happens in placings. And in having to do so I'm realising even more now how much you do and dont know! PG does not pick the investors the broker does! The broker will have a pool of individuals wanting placings and if they can get 10% it keeps them happy and coming back to the broker! Then the next company and so on! I've been in enough shares to know this is how it happens and will not insult peoples intelligence by saying it doesn't. PRD raised at an amazing price we take the funds we move on we churn out the sellers with news and hopefully podcasts and updates from PG and we move on up again!
