The other thing that strikes me is the determination and tenacity of the BOD to develop the value of the Petisovci asset in face of the financial and bureaucratic challenges the company has faced over the years. It’s not been an easy ride given the circumstances. But we must be close to a deal which is going to significantly increase our market cap and align it closer to the NAV.

FX, I certainly know what you mean about being able to buy at these prices again. But now I’m working and fortunately I received a generous tax refund last week, I can afford to take advantage of the current price and low sentiment/hatred of Colin to average down a little more. Can’t be long now until we hear something on the SR and the permit IMO.

I’m looking for this to hold its value rather than spike. Sick of traders playing this and LTH’s being punished for their loyalty. Need a decent offer on the table or other transformative news.

CMG, you are describing something that is the exception not the norm. Look back at the other AGM’s and you’ll see voting was done on a show of hands. Now when the Trameta acquisition was approved that was done by way of a written resolution and I don’t believe a meeting was called.

CMG, how do you mean underhand tactics? It’s clear in black and white in the AoA that voting at meetings shall be by a vote of hands unless there is a valid objection raised for it to be done by poll. I didn’t see anyone object to a vote of hands at the AGM?

How many of us would think to check the Articles/Companies House for this sort of thing. But it is in the public domain so none of us have the right to complain.
