Oh and for those City fans who were gloating at United losing in the week, ha ha haha ha ha!! Get in there!!

I got out of here before the court case, made a few bob and scarpered! Once I heard the FCA were coming back and in court that was enough for to get rid!! Anybody who thinks the FCA will be fair and rational towards the Shareholders, has got it wrong. People and businesses have been suffering at their hands for some time now. They really don't give a F--k!
Hopefully the Judge will come out on the right side for existing shareholders!

I'm intrigued to see if any buys come in just before the deadline. I'm not familiar with how this type of auction works but I would have thought if you were a bidder, you would be leaving it till quite late?

Guys, don't expect fairness, as you see it for shareholders, from the FCA. You are being naive if you think they will be looking out for shareholders. Thousands of people have suffered at the hands of the FCA in the past and you haven't known about or given a toss about them. The same may well happen here?

Ian, thank you for your response. I have read through the listing a number of times and get it. Taking it all on face value and reading between the lines then I am on the same hymn sheet as yourself. I have just started with a few doubts as to how they can work through and finalise a JV with a State backed company in GEO but seem unable, after what is a fair time to bring a sale or another type of deal, to fruition? Whats coming next?
Hopefully it is me being paranoid and I am no expert in any of this, far from it. Feels a bit like when I was younger and made arrangements to meet a young lady at 7.30pm, its now 8pm and no sign of her. She never did turn up!!

First thread on EUA. I'm far from an expert, a novice investor. Got a fair bit EUA by my own standards. Would love to see a SP increase and conclusion. However, I can't help but feel the longer this goes on the less likelihood there is of a complete sale and a big boost in the SP. Are the waters being muddied in readiness for the final outcome? An outcome that may be disappointing? I respect and enjoy the regular, knowledgeable posters on here and I would ask them, hasn't this crossed your mind at all of late?
The contents of the latest RNS, nobody saw coming, to my knowledge anyway.
I will be staying till the end and will try and buy more shares if we get any significant drops. Just can't help beginning to feel that this may not be what we were once hoping for?
