I know we had a busy start to 2022, but from Dec 21 to Dec 22 we have managed to burn our way through about $26 mill, leaving us with about $23 mill in the bank.

A little detail not mentioned above - They did drill two wells during Dec 21 to Dec 22 when they spent that $25m. And that outlay more than doubled reserves.
$23m will be more than enough when they're not having to drill wells.

They presented the expected timeline from now until 2024/25 with all anticipated events marked on said timeline in order of when they anticipate them to happen.

If the news is ‘good’ release it to the market on a Monday. If it’s ‘bad’ release it on a Friday.

Price caps never work. Not surprised to learn that Germany isn't keen. If the international price for LNG goes above the price cap ~ Germany doesn't get any gas. It's that simple. That's why caps never work and always break.

Jimmy's correct on the high prices that Europe is paying and continues to pay for LNG.

*This winters EU gas reserves were mainly filled with Russian gas and only topped up with LNG.
*Building reserves for next winter is going to be a lot more problematic.
*LNG plants take an average of 5 years to build.

Public companies can only publish sensitive company information through the correct public channels, not through briefing journalists etc. This RNS was addressing that rule.
I suspect the briefing was given to the journalist via a civil servant who attended the workshop (likely taken out for drinks and a nice dinner). It's not something Chariot can police but likely need to acknowledge has happened. Bit of a nothing RNS really.

Anyway, we already know the rough timelines that the company is working towards and they reiterated that they're still on track with regards to meeting them, so I'll take that as a positive.
