There is a scenario in my mind that it’s not a case that gr and co are looking to do anything negative that is being suggested on this board and that it will perform like Pilbara did when it went from 1 aud cent to 125 aud cents when the potential of its lithium asset was realised by the market.
Epo on Zulu the huge catalyst. RHA back in production and Circum shares being sold are big positives that are coming al imho

Would have us believe Circum worth zero and now bleating that 7% of our holdings have been used as security against a bridging loan with a 10% interest rate applied to the loan.
Having SD closer as a man of means is no bad thing. I don’t buy all the conspiracy theory out there.
The point of interest is this is instead of dilution of prem at all time lows and makes sense.
Also intrigued by the payback dates - something is brewing. Watch this space imho

RHA back in production soon and we will start recovering the debt owed in loan accounts $ 14 mil plus management agreement fee.
$6 mil from Zim government to develop mine and get it producing ( unfortunately this is offset v $20 mil owed in loan ac) ?
Zulu epo will make it one of the biggest lithium plays in the world.

History is history I could shout and scream insults at the bod but where would that get me.
What I need to consider is what to do from here and to sell I think is foolish if I think Circum sale occurs in 6 months or so and circa 10 mil gbp realised. I will buy more not sell and this dividend when it comes can help recoup my losses and leave me in for free to see what RHA and Zulu can bring in the future. Can’t trade backwards unfortunately

Some serious players invested in Circum and an NPV of $ 2 billion. We own just over 5 %
Minimum sale price $2.5 gives us 10 mil gbp at current exchange rate £/$.

And it could pay 2 x current market cap. Can I wait 6 months for a 200% dividend ?

And then RHA will be in production there will be clarity on epo and Zulu and possibly a merger with a cash generative business.
