Where do you get your valuation on Circum?
What makes you sure despite GR stating that his personal preference is to return 100% to shareholders?

I don’t quite understand the manganese mine loan and suspect there is more to it, does anyone have any ideas on this ? and don’t forget we also have katete sitting in the background apparently huge REE potential.

I don’t think this one needs much explanation. It appears that the bod will be restructured and GR really will step aside in the very near future. No guarantees in this game but I’m sure a few will buy on that event

Shareholders letter from Circum indicates that we could be in line for a liquidity event at the end of the year. It is expected to be in the region of 2.5 to 3 usd per share so let’s call it 2.75 x 5,000,000 is usd 13,750,000 or gbp 11,088,709.68 at current exchange rate £/$ of 1.2400. Nearly 3 times current market cap

Zulu as it stands is a pretty impressive lithium deposit but we need funds to get it to DFS before the bigger players are interested or take notice for a jv opportunity to arise. However should the EPO application be successful and we should know in weeks rather than months and at this point the big boys could well be interested. Anyone have any idea of the potential value of Zulu at this point ??

Many things to consider that could be positive on RHA alone.
RHA closer to producing and electrifying will drastically help.
To me the commitment from Zim is clear. They can’t think prem is going bust !
Management agreement and plant rental agreement are two vital sources of income for prem.
Once production starts proceeds can be used to pay down the loan accounts ( money owed to prem from RHA) this is circa 4 x current market cap.
Prem also receive 49 % of revenue aside from rental agreement, management agreement and repayment of loan accounts.

Buy the whole company and wait for Circum payout. Triple your money Mol
