There are numerous parts to this jigsaw that are starting to fall into place.
Epo - just requires a bit more patience and we are not alone in waiting.
Zulu and epo upside enormous.
Gold and other licenses potential will make this a billion dollar company imho.
Circum- just waiting but make the other assets almost a free ride.
RHA - just requires a bit more patience and it will return to productivity and we will repay ourselves what we are owed $14 mil nearly current MC.
Mnh- very exciting tie up looks on the cards, revenue generative and mining expertise.oh and they owe us $1 mil towards DFS ? I wonder?
I wouldn’t be surprised if they assist with Zulu to DFS and then we JV with other party or parties on Gold and other projects.
Katete will be huge.

If only Circum dividend news would land we could all relax. Dividends on aim are pretty rare and they receive tax free status? I think DYOR

The company is valued at little more than I expect our Circum shares are worth.
Zulu alone worth more than this
Zulu plus EPO with possible gold and other mining licenses is worth 10’s of multiples of current sp.
RHA has potential to be wort 3+ times current market cap and we can see works ongoing ( this is not costing prem a penny) plus we are owed a load of money on it that we can recoup from earnings in future.
Mnh is cash generative and very interesting and I’m sure there will be a merger of sorts in the near future. Plus Katete and a new management team that drove uramin to huge valuation before selling to the French.
Oh and Stephen Dattels the billionaire is buying in hmmmmm

I was referring to MNH the owner and operator of the Otjozondu manganese mining project and they are we are told cash generative.

I wonder why the billionaire Stephen Dattels is getting involved with loans for prem shares?

With EPO we can do 10x current sp in months and 100x over a few years.

Circum shares we own are worth as much as current prem market cap. So the rest is free in my opinion.
RHA plus debt owed to prem by Zim (Prem's equivalent of market cap again owed )
RHA when finally operational can be 2 or 3* current sp . So we possibly at 0.5-0.6 now based on the above.
Mnh merger plus $1 mil plus owed to prem .
Cash generative already and tied in at board level.
Potential for 0.3-0.5 pence per share.
So now we have 1p a share potential
Zulu without EPO could be worth 1 p a share alone.
With epo and all associated licenses and jvs we can see billions of £ of revenue from gold lithium petalite, REE, copper, tungsten. The list of resources in Zim is extremely extensive and the grades from the gold belt running through EPO is renown as one of the richest in the world. This can be worth 10’s of pence per share.
Oh and don’t forget Katete we have in closet rumours are it’s as exciting as Zulu and EPO area.
New bod are coming and this will make a lot of investors very wealthy all imho. I’m heavily invested and not traded a single share yet I’m holding for medium to long term

This has been a rough ride but the potential is so enormous I’m excited about the opportunity from here.
First step I think will come next week and that is EPO granted and numerous licenses becoming available to prem over a huge a rich area.
Lithium and Gold are only 2 of the many mining options that will be available to us.
I’d assume a major JV partner or partners will be announced in the near future as well.
Add in petalite, tantalum, tungsten, potash @circim manganese@mnh and other REE@katete and we have billions of Dollars of revenue potential in the coming years.
Ps Circum dividend will cover current SP all IMHO

I don’t see how anyone can know exactly when it’s happening except the man who is signing it off.
It would be a huge surprise for all if they went back on what was leaked to the press by the Zim govt ministers. It’s a waiting game, but one that should pay many multiples imho. Gold plus lithium plus other resources from EPO mixed with JV can transform prem into a multi billion dollar company.
Only Tedoby offers actual research on here on what the in ground values and what that can translate to.
We know Circum has a theoretical value and that is a multi billion dollar project with some big name investors. RHA one day will repay us. Mnh looks interesting. Katete who knows. New management team with great history of generating shareholders value. A lot to be excited about here.

Yes we have all waited a long time.
But there is a very strong possibility that it will be worth it. Would have taken a fair bit of averaging in as well.

Thanks for your posts on Zulu last night 100x current really is a possibility!
Then today’s post on the gold just adds further weight to the case that the risk the risk reward is enormously skewed favourably for us investors at these levels.
With Circum and RHA ( prem not spending any more of own money on it) returns waiting to land that covers current SP.
Mnh and Zulu, EPO etc are a huge bonus from here

Can you hazard a guess of a value for the largest potential hard rock lithium mine in the world please? Certainly many pence per share is possible even if prem recovered 1%

It’s useful to know as many have written RHA off.
That alone could be worth 2 to 3 x our current market cap. Management fees, plant hire fees and payback of debt from production are all a bonus from my POV. I really hope the huge news lands this week re EPO because this is the catalyst for prem to be a several hundred million pound company in the months following EPO and Possibly JV’s. What ever comes from next weeks indaba in Zim. I still see value in a tie up with OM and the Circum stake as well. I’ll be holding for some time anyway and if this all plays out I trust I will make 10 + x my investment here. Good luck genuine holders.

When we finally get the news there is going to be a unbelievable rally in SP on my opinion we will become a several hundred million pound share cap company in the coming months.
I have a very significant holding so yes I am a genuine poster with a substantial holding.

Colby I like your numbers short term and I’ll be happy with 0.7 on epo and jv.
But longer term we have potential at RHA and MNH for another 0.5 per share plus Circum at 0.1.
This events are unlikely to all happen at once but it does show we have a multitude of value adds here

I’m sorry but it’s incredibly cheap here imho.

I’m going to focus on lithium for now and a potential 5, 10 or 1000 x on my Prem investment.
Yes Acker your article about batteries in the future is very interesting.
I have a plan after prem windfall materialises I’m going to invest in Essex batteries mentioned in the article then I’m going to be cryogenically frozen and thawed out in 50 years when that’s mainstream and I’ll be a billionaire. Let’s focus on the here and now just buy Prem and sit tight. Even leave some in your portfolio for the medium term and fight your apparent urge to trade it flip flopping and scaremongering on a daily basis.
