Sounds like a huge deal but is only £ 10 k worth. Still these trades seem more likely insti than pi's. I have to get along to the investors meeting in September. Certainly no point in selling a single share before then unless something drastic happens

Peel hunt holding nearly 25% Barclays clearing debt making us debt free and our two biggest share holders barx and peel hunt. Directors buying into placing £ 25 k each. Without doubt. Peel do not buy £ 1 million worth of shares nearly 25% of a company for fun or to prop up the share price or to just be nice chaps. Holders now are peel hunt in size and Barclays in size. Bod also stuck there own money in ( just for fun ?) . Something is brewing and I won't sell a single share until it becomes clear. I can't add as I have exposure to over 200 mil already. Lucky me

Currently over 23% holding as per today's RNS. At 30% they have to bid for company st 12 months high price currently 1 pence. 30 times current price. Maybe they have landed a monster contract and not told us. Maybe like snapchat who bought 'placed' for over $200 mil. To prove itself to advertisers. Business insider article. June 7th 2017

Notthere could be more cash in the bank than the mkt cap. Not even prox can burn through cash that quickly. More worst share ever but a huge margin. But I'm not selling here just in case there is something brewing.
