Yes he also said to me he came out of retirement after being non exec and thought that the opportunity @ prox was worth him pursuing and that if 'we get this right I can sell it all day' through his network. Which no doubt is tasty revenue generating contracts. He has only been at it a few months so it would be nice if the company can survive and give him a good shot at monetizing the product. The other guy Dan Francis was also clued up and tech officer jo rabbin? was coming in. I can't see what jk does to warrant his salary. Wonder what Mr leek and PH think of him. I also got the impression he doesn't need to work and came out of 'retirement' to take up this opportunity to deliver the potential of the product. This is the reason I'm holding still in size. Added my holdings. I agree jk seems utterly useless and can't continue to be paid a huge salary for destroying our company. I do also like the comments by balance on the forum that this is a sledgehammer approach and there maybe steps to take before egm called. I personally would think it a positive if jk gone but some one would need to replace him. He must have a role aside from destroying the SP

Yes interesting his involvement and increasing stake. He was asking when the BOD thought they would breakeven at the recent investors meeting. I asked one of the BOD who he was before the presentation started and how come he has just invested in 3 + % and was told that they presented to him and he decided to invest. What am I missing ? Have and will continue to have a holding of over 1%. The new members of the management team slade and Francis are the best that prox have. They need to be given a chance to generate revenue from the data business. The other lot can FRO, JK taken the p for long enough. Where are the details of exactly what they get paid?

I don't want anyone to buy on my say so , just explaining why im holding and not at all sensitive to the recent fall in price. im in for the 10 * or bust. if it goes to zero you can all laugh at my misfortune if it does 10* I will be laughing. Lets see how foolish I am in 3-6 months
