I have exposure to circa 240 mil shares. Can't sell here. I'm holding. **** show in the past. I told Mr Slade I'm counting on him delivering, I was impressed in 5 mins talking to him. He has a track record. Mr Leek didn't look like a fool either. Two scenarios I see. One costs me another chunk of money and the one I'm hoping for makes me a very tidy sum. Break even imho is possible and then we have some real upside in SP. This is aim as we all know. Company well placed to either 10 bag or go bust I don't want to encourage a single person to buy on the back of my opinion. 3-6 months we will know if this is goingp places or not

where would you put the share price if break even? if a sustained level of growth materialised to achieve that following year could be £5 mil profit? what value does that put on the company ? come lets look at BOTH scenarios

2. They don't deliver again and ask for more funds. No growth, pipeline chance of breakeven or takeover. Then I don't need to ask where you put the share price. I put the cert in the bottom drawer and right off me investment

Let's suppose their are 2 scenarios. 1. 5 million users reached by year end a decent pipeline of contracts creating growth and revenue to achieve breakeven by end of 2018. Where would you put the share price and value on the company? Assuming that the impressive Slade delivered and in my interpretation only, dyor, caveat etc. after a conversation with him given the infrastructure and right numbers I can sell this all day was my feeling from him

I will hold mine come what may until full year results and to see how pipeline develops. I'm pretty confident that I will make a significant profit on my whole investment in Prox over the next 12 months

just not had time to post. results were not exactly exciting but company still insist its going in the right direction. with further cost cutting to come but not significant. fully funded for the foreseeable and now has the infrastructure in place to monetise the data. a lot of reasons why our data is sought after and Slade and francis are impressive in their knowledge and examples of business opportunities. I had a long chat with Mark Slade and he really filled me with confidence that he can sell what we are developing. I got the impression he doesn't need to work, came as a non exec and was effectively retired prior to that. pipeline is strong in their opinion and end of this year through to end of first qtr next year should see significant improvements in revenue looking to be break even next year. new shareholder Mr Leek asked plenty of questions and seemed very interested in a breakeven date

Have a decent stake in the company. I added on the dip recently when placing was announced and now I'm happy to hold for medium term.

Mark Slade is the guy to take this company forward. He has a track record and a vision to build Prox to a level where the big boys might buy us out. Joined in July and immediately bought in with £30 k of his own money in the open offer. Shows he believes in the company. I wonder if peel and Mr Leek have bought stock hoping we will be launching a new venture. I bet they know more than us PI's. Hopefully we find out the revenue potential at the shareholders presentation next Monday 18th Sept.

He was CEO of aimshell bought out mi-pay. Dyor on that but clearly knowledgeable in this sector Barclays took warrants and write off debt. Peel Hunt have circa 20 % Mr Mark Spade put ;£30 k of his own money in to offer having just joined company.look at his history I think he will turn things around. There are quite a few reasons to be suspicious that something good in the pipeline. Gl genuine holders. Ps I will need to do tr1,if I buy anymore

Looks like Mr leek also owns 4.1% of mi-pay. As at 31st July 2017. Wonder what synergies exist between the two companies. Something definitely brewing. Peel hunt holding 25%. Mi-pay guy buys 3+%. Barclays write of debts in exchange for prox shares. 5 main Prox directors bought 500 mil shares in July placing GBP 150 k worth Dyor. Enough evidence for this to be a buy yet ?

Good post. I agree 100% I very much doubt they are looking forward to facing share holders. If there was no positive news or at least progress with a strategy why would they invite people to a presentation. I like the new guy. I like his reference to snap chat buying 'placed' and other companies in our space for $100 mil +. If you read Mark Slades bio you will see there us hope. Fk JK it's the MD I'm betting on and it is a bet but one that could pay huge return. Dyor, aim is risky etc.
