Why would GR stick £5 mil of his own money in ( his words not mine) to then hive off assets?
I doesn’t make sense and his interests are aligned was other shareholders.

Gr keeps adding more and more to his holding. Imho if you buy shares at this price you are getting Circum cheap and the rest for free. I added again today and whilst many will think I’m foolish I really think there is huge value just around the corner. Good luck to the genuine investors here it’s been a awful ride so far

For those avoiding eastenders on tv right now there is an analyst on today’s podcast talking about lithium and demand particularly for lithium hydroxide for battery production and that hard rock lithium projects are preferable as it’s easier to produce from hard rock lithium spodumene. Zulu, Katete and RHA including plant and equipment are now valued at zero by the market. For me every further investment i have made in Prem for some time is v Circum and I hope we see that realised early in 2019 or at least clarity on potential value. The newco part is a bonus if and when it happens.
I say strong buy as I think the market cap more than underwritten by the values of our Circum stake, however the continued delays, failures and disappointments have caused the sp to be destroyed. Circum delivers I get my money back + a return. If Circum and new co both deliver it’s big. Option ‘C’ is this drags on forever and even Circum can’t save us. I don’t even want to think about C

Circum stake worth current Prem market cap probably x 2
But you also may get shares in new co containing RHA Zulu and katete assets. Plus a company that can do the exploration drastically cheaper than contacting out for it and also may add revenue when you contract them out in Zimbabwe where mining demand possibly goes through the roof.
I have a large holding and will be adding. Market cap should be 40 x current imho

I agree here. Super cheap in my opinion.
Taken a very long time but I think real value about to come out of Circum, RHA then onto Zulu possibilities of even an extended Zulu and then Katete.

Thanks. I hope to still be holding in 2020. I have said it many times that I believe we can see a sp of 10 p a share in the next year or so. I have done my own research and barring unforeseen events I’m confident off 1 p plus by year end and then take off. However the timescale isn’t so important. I don’t have an unlimited budget to keep buying but I have a decent size holding and will wait it out for potential 50 x from here.
