I just think that we are running out of `spooked` sellers now and the shares have been snapped up by new holders around this level...the bulls are beating the bears in the tug of war.

Factors in play...
- The chart is looking positive with a 1-2-3 reversal in play ( I know, some of you will love this one but lets just leave it at that)

- Google Stadia launch and people posting live adverts in games

- Time moving on, platforms live

- Revenue obviously coming in even if uncertainty how much

- Relatively low share price

- The silence has been running for a while and a big RNS could be dropping anytime following the `shareholders having a good winter break` message

- Attacks from outside leeches making a big deal out of not very negative news have dried up somewhat...probably because they got their entry price

- Xmas is coming!

calamari, its interesting to go back and re read some of the interim report, and notice that you stopped short in quoting the full sentence you refer to from the Chairman, which was...
`As I anticipated almost six months ago, the Board continues to expect the Group to be cash flow negative in the second half of 2019 but believes that market expectations for 2019 revenues remain achievable, revenues are expected to grow significantly in 2020 propelling the Group towards material profitability in 2021.`

Also I thought this operational highlight bullet point was also of interest to our general conversation on here lately...

So confirms that revenue has been incoming since the end of June.

As was alluded to in JD`s `example` in the May interview, its not a cash payment as such, its a trade deal.
An advertising spend kitty by an agency who want Bids to allocate to ads within games.

No it was not, Q3 was the news rich period, Q4 is the `all systems go` start where what they have been building up to gets underway.

Thats not to say that Q4 wont have any news, just that Q3 was identified as a high news flow period, which it was.

As far as I`m aware (and could have missed it) JD has never actually quoted a figure, he has mentioned `the target`but not any particular figure, and the target is assumed to be the £6m as forecast by, was it Peterhouse(?) or something like that?
Whoever, it begs the question how did they manage to come to that figure anyway so far back in time?
Maybe someone better informed could clarify that.

Thanks for the clarification Chestnut1, I understand(ish) what you`re saying, I hadn`t been awake long and my brain was still on snooze!

The only market expectation out there is the £6m(ish) in revenue, although some say £5.9m and some say £5.7m, so what you`re saying is that they would have to announce a revenue `miss` before the end of year trading period if that was the case.
So silence is golden in this case... if they don`t say anything soon then rev`s can be assumed to be on track(ish).

I`m absolutely positive I`ve got this wrong..but, are you suggesting that you believe a company only does their accounts if they can declare a profit?

deepjoy, his Linkedin messages have been pretty recent, and still coming across as if he`s smoking a nice big cigar whilst having a foot massage and getting ready for his first meeting of the day.
He`s a happy man.

ps. its not just JD, can anyone imagine the board meetings with the AAA world class names in the advisory committee where they are facing the backlash of having themselves, and their CV`s, ridiculed as being a bunch of failures!!

They`re too experienced for that and would have advised James to stop putting out over confident signals on any platform way before now if it was doubtful that it was justified.

Yeah 3 months is a long time to wait for Dentsu to ride in on their white horse to rescue the revenue target numbers with a spend kitty, which would then have to translate in to revenue for Bidstack via confirmed live ads within 3 months of becoming a partner up until the end of year.
Yet JD has been uber confident of meeting targets in every interview, podcast, and Linkedin articles going back 6 months!
JD obviously knows a lot more than anyone on here.

Either that or he is setting himself and his beloved Bidstack up to be regarded as just another overhyped AIM dog...and I just don`t think he would put himself in that position whereby his credibility would be completely trashed.

Maybe Bids have been generating revenue since the Interim Results (for the period ending 30th June) without Dentsu. The Dentsu partnership was announced on 27th Sept, 3 months after the accounting period.

Like I said...desperate to try to score a point against me because I showed you up for what you are with your lack of knowledge, acceptance, and understanding, that charts are a an important part of global finance as a research tool. Every investment platform on the planet uses them, but you think they are utter nonsense!!

Honestly?

I didn`t name Dentsu because I was quoting JD`s words of 6 months ago!

And by the way, can you point me towards where Bidstack have said that Dentsu is the only ad agency they will be partnering with??? Just because they are first doesn`t mean they will be the first to announce a trade deal with Bids.

I liked what Jimmy_Stocks pointed to in the podcast in May where JD used the example of an Agency saying we will spend £4m with you, Bidstack, the moment that is signed we would RNS something of that size, and in order that we can service something of that amount of demand we would at the same time announce a bunch of games as well which that advertising spend could be run through....things have got to be done in a certain order for maximum impact!

Now thats an RNS I want to see, and would obviously re rate the sp considerably from whatever level it is at at that time.....before the winter break would be nice!

well said hopeabound, I always use the analogy of a snooker player.....you can be the best potter in the world but the trick is to be able to control the white ball to give you maximum advantage.
So in shares, you do your fundamental analysis and decide that you like the company, then use the technicals to time your entry.
Some just don`t get how charts are used, but like you say, each to their own.

DMcG54, welcome, I wasn`t trying to belittle your post, merely to point out to those who may not be aware that it is wise to use more than one signal if you`re going to use charting in your research.
Candlestick analysis is a very good research tool if it is used to confirm other buy signals.
