Yep, he looked at my post but isn`t grown up enough to respond in a mature manner. He`s a self important deluded youngster in a grown up world, couldn`t analyse a company, fundamental or technical, to save his life... a chancer who got a couple of lucky calls.
I hate to give him publicity, but listen to his podcast, its all about me me me me, and very little on how to assess companies.

Reckons his mate has bought 500k too, that would mean that the 250k showing red at 11:06am was a buy.
And another seperate 180k buy at 8.4p, keep em coming!

They`ll soon come sniffing once the automated end to end network is completely up and running with the full regulatory approvals officially in place.
At that time the sp will most probably be many many multiples of today and they`ll have to pay a premium, and I`ll still be holding when it comes, hopefully with a much larger amount if I can time some nice sell and buybacks!

You only have to check back on my posting record here to know that I am holding a decent amount of these, and been posting regularly since about January after starting to build my holding at 1.75p.

So you`ve been here a dog watch, and now coming across as some sort of all seeing eye of the stock market, with a twitter picture looking like you`re in your late 30`s and about 20 guys behind you for backup!

No its time for confirmation of these transfer claims, this is a main market stock which has fallen of late and that fits in with someone dumping 4.5m shares!

This is a mystery, TR1 says it was a disposal below 3%, curiously the date of the transaction was a Saturday!
If someone doesn`t explain how this is a transfer, without the name of the body or natural person to whom the shares were transferred, in writing, then it was notification of a sell!

Wilson, that was in the trading update a month ago.
Nothing much new in todays Interims, a little revised up revenues but not much that wasn`t already known...just reiterated, which is positive.
It was obvious the sp would take a walk south because the recent pump was hoping for confirmation of the EA collaboration, which the NDA prevents, and once it failed to hold above about 7.25p there was only one direction it was going...for the time being anyway.
It wouldn`t surprise if JD came out with a follow up RNS of some sort, but the conspiracy theorist in me sees todays results as a good way to detract the conversation away from the EA frenzy, and wasn`t originally planned for release today.
Just my theory, so make your own ones up!!

This RNS was always going to attract sellers who were hoping for `clear` EA confirmation news, the pump and dump raiders.
A 50% Fibonacci retrace to just above 6p looks to be a good buy price.

On careful consideration it was easy to see that the buyers were in control today, with the most significant background story for many months.
Who in there right mind would have considered selling in the 6`s??
Oh well, a small profit is still a profit...I suppose.

Nice to see so many new names posting positive opinions in the last few days, about 8 from what I can make out.
That tells its own story...obviously investors looking forward, not backwards!

Welcome to the new posters, your timing may well prove to be a very good decision.
If you`re trading short to medium term you should do very well as we move in to the second half of the year, where Bids have stated, and reiterated recently, that revenues for this year will be `very significantly` second half weighted.

If you`re investing for the long term you should be very significantly rewarded, because the size of the in-game advertising sector has the potential to be gigantic!

Limited risk at this price verses extremely high rewards.

All in my own opinion as a long term holder, so do your own research.

#This Is Just The Start

Am I right in simplifying the Intrinsic subscription as a set of pre-arranged `placings`at a pre-arranged price of 10p?
I know they`re not described as placings but they pretty much have the same net result, ie the company receive the funds, and the subscription shares are added to the issue total.
So the first tranche, as of today, are added at a higher sp than current, and then assuming the that the prospectus, and ongoing news gives the sp a positive move, then the subsequent tranches will be a bonus for Intrinsic at a lower price of 10p.

Anyone with a better understanding is welcome to make things clearer.

Imagine what would happen if they did release some significant revenue news!!!!!

...because the potential is gigantic, and last years spectacular rise was driven by potential, not revenues!

One thing that is undeniable, even by the staunchest of derampers, is the appetite for the Bids story.
Twenty million shares traded so far today, and nearly twelve million yesterday...majority of buys...thats why the sp has risen by 35% in two days!

We are on the radar of the market, without doubt!

The conspiracy theorist in me leads me to conclude that yesterdays little `mistake` from Burke Consultancy linking Bids with EA and Ubisoft was deliberate!
We know from previous wording in trading updates that it would be highly unlikely that it the words were a mere coincidence, and yesterdays link is almost a confirmation that we are indeed working closely with both these big players.

The deliberate leak is as close to a confirmation as Bids can get away with without breaching any NDA`s, and I would even go as far as to suggest that both companies agreed to the brief leak, (which was quickly retracted) in order to help the sentiment in Bids in such a way that they could easily deny it.
