Both EP 155 & EP 145 farmed out to Greenvale Energy of ASX & Georgian [EP 155] are in the AMADEUS BASIN, Australia.

Both are NEAR and "ON TREND" TO THE THE MEERENIE OIL AND GAS FIELD of which the CEO of Mosman mentioned today in his presentation of 24.1.24 in that the Meerenie Oil & Gas Field is undertaking potential HELIUM production etc [please check the vid].

EP 155 is MUCH LARGER a potential at 75 Bcfg vs EP 145 at 26.4 Bcfg.

At the 8:25 mark, EP 145 & EP 155, Amadeus Basin, Australia. The MAP shows the Magee 1 and Mt Kitty with 6 & 9% HELIUM. Outside this field , HELIUM is at 0.22% & 0.15% [all in yellow flag].

CEO, MSMN "believes they are in the right place. Two permits [MSMN -CEO means EP 145 & 155 - well TESTED WITH HYDROCARBONS, infrastructure - DARWIN helium, exported. Hope SANTOS will drill but delayed - drill deep wells in 2024. CEO talks of Greenvale Farmin 75% & MSMN 25% [£7.5m to be spent]. CEO also talks of Georgina farmin EP 155 with MSMN.

It is all over the news, that shortly there will be NO MORE HELIUM PRODUCTION IN AUSTRALIA [Amadeus Basin]. So, demand for helium locally is needed. Globally, helium is not easy to find and supply is needed.

CPR Cinnabar 1.6M still to be unlocked. Plus free ride with GE RTO happening in next two months no value attributed to Mosman - Helium figures 4x that of EP145. Apply a modest value of £5M. For £1.47M you have a CEO that is not dynamic but has kept his salary the same at $150K whilst taking on dual role. 40% reduction in costs. That is the investment case for and against.

6. What does success look like in 2024 for the share price and how are you going to achieve it?

7. Arkoma has been up of for sale since 2020, a heavily invested poor performing asset, there has been no reported attempts to increase production or make the asset more attractive for sale? Why is this and how will you achieve a sale?

8. It is fair to say up to now no drill has performed behind an initial couple of weeks up to reported expectations causing raise after, dilution after dilution. What will change to address this issue?

9. What reassurance can you give that there will be no further raises in 2024 and the business will become self-funding?
