Coin sp hit a peak of around a 10 bagger from today's level ,so anything possible

All I can state with real conviction and honesty is the people dictating direction seem.to have turned a corner over last few months and the direction of Travel is ow much more defined and transparent. Previous strategy has been to jump.on the bandwagon of * in vogue * trends like NFT ,DEFI etc , throw a dart at the board and Hope for success .invariably they failed miserably

Now .it seems our man JVS has gripped the rains and turned a lame horse into.a thoroughbred stallion that is extremely attractive to the market

Book closes at 2pm.then hopefully combined with us markets will float this refurbished Hull to ATH.s in 2025

The new additions to the coinsilim BOD have been a revelation. The gentelman JVS seems a switched on kiddi with his finger on the pulse

.In Al honesty the last 10 years of holding COIN has been an extremely frustrating 10 years mostly due to MP & ET having good direction only way way behind the curve and that has cost shareholders dearly

However ! Now we seem to.have some credibility and integrity that was dearly lacking with the consolidation of the funds assets combined with MP&ET.s sector experience and JVS dynamic trait

Sentiment is most definitely to.the positive and shareholders can see blue sky ahead . The whole flip in investing strategy is such a breath of fresh air and credit has to go MP&ET for introducing JVS etc to.YHE BOD

KR1 was formed in 2016 , since then we have had exponential growth in SP and some very deep troughs

If you track sp against crypto market cap. ( ie currently $3.3T ) the current sp level is a chasm in comparison to 2021 . DOT & ATOM were main holdings. Both had a $50 + or - level. KR1 sp.was £2.60p With a CMC in comparison of $2 .5t.

DOT +ATOM now hold a $4\5 price

I hold both GMCD & KVS in high esteem but logic dictates there sector experience should be producing a much much higher sp,

Granted the PR is abysmal. But moving in & out of ore holdings has also.been abysmal

We as shareholders are encouraged to HODL.kr1 shares , to what end ?

You have to admit though.a lot of holders below water and when they HODL for last few years the least they can expect the company.to do when the market turns bullish is a bit of .* over here ! look this way * campaign

Long may the sp continue to rise . This is crypto.thoigh and the peaks are short lived . So capitalising on ur assets is the order of the day

The 2 key factors ( seeing kr1 bod don't do PE) here & coin are sector MOMENTUM & SENTIMENT but both are extremely vulnerable to rug pull.s and U turns .

George Mcd & KVS have always stayed shy of promoting the fund PR wise . In the early years they used to do the rounds at crypto.events and actually speak on stage !!!

However ,Of late we are starved of any degree of PR , its blatantly obvious that the fund would benifit greatly from high press coverage when sentiment is bullish

There doesn't seem any conviction to enhance the company/ fund gleaming expanding NAV

Even 18 months or so ago I would have been confident of a £3/£5+ sp on KR1. However ! of late the volume of interest in kr1 has fallen away dramatically and unless we get a more lucrative ,dynamic and aggressive approach to expanding the coffers ( imo I belive they have the capability of stepping up but not the conviction) the bod are among the best in the business but whether those attributes are utilising kr1 assets is in question

Hopefully we will. Get a tidal.wave of money flowing in and that £2 entry will be left in the dust

Bitcoin is the mother and holding btc has its advantages even more so if DEFI is in the equation. Start up protocols invariably have there day in the spotlight and fall away .

What was new ,dynamic and successful in 2016 /2021 is not cutting the ice now

Every crypto and digital player has to adapt and inovate to relevent .market trends and direction .that's the nature of the beast that's what made kr1 so successful initially. There business plan worked ,right time right place .right asset

Volatility is dominant in this asset but the underlying current is not so fast moving

It's very apparent tokenisation is the current underlying trend

. Imo that's where the current kr1 business plan is failing to attract new money 💰

Times change and the digital asset world moves on and innovates acording to.market demands

Around this time of the year in 2021 we had a + or- $2t crypto market cap kr1 sp was aprox £2.40 . Now in 2025 we are bouncing around a $3t and kr1 sp is 0.30

Right now KR1 is dead in the water. Forsaken the means of energy that powers that sp

Geopolitics will start to.play a major part as we have witnessed last few days . The trumps and musks an the chain saw dude from Argentina have shown manipulation has no boundaries

It's natural.to seek discontent with the BOD or Management when the sp does not perform to.expectations . FWIW I happen to still belive in the bod.s competence and knowledge +. I also belive that the methodology ( set in stone ? ) of just purchasing equity in Prestatt up.protocols with extended lock in periods on token sale is outdated and has shown to be a liability.

The dynamic duo have recently lost there dynamic characteristics. The whole bod has been part of the digital asset scene more or less since inception of natoshi.s white paper ,so not many out there who have the experience and knowledge that Kr1 has .

So why there is not a good % of the portfolio dedicated to flip and acumalate capital.growth

I know not

.it seems bizarre that the bod have such an abundance of sector knowledgen and a wealth of in play contacts not to take advantage ?????

For me the market has had enough of ( what could have been ) so until some sort of significant coffer growth can be implemented ,

Akin to a dog or cat sniffing the food bowl an turning away from stale food. No new significant investment seems forthcoming

As I.m sure most have noticed . Positive Trading on KR1 has died a death. The negative sp movements started towards the end of q4 2023, despite a couple of spikes over the £1 mark its been treading water in the 50/70p zone . For me it feels like the once enthusiastic dynamic duo have interests elsewhere and are not so dynamic .in fact quite boring

Whereas the COIN BOD have at lest attempted to conjure up some new blood in the ranks and a few of there investments have real.potential.in years to come

The crypto landscape is ever changing . What at one time 4/5 years ago might gave Bern the way to go is no t nessasary the way now .for me investing in a protocol with a hopefull return in 3 to 5 years is old hat as the dynamics are ever changing

Having a presence in Singapore 🇸🇬 for SEA exposure is a must for crypto VC.s .

Just my current view of course

At no time over the last 8 years would I have placed Coin as a favorable investment over KR1 in regards to returns prospects , During the last 11 months something somehow has flipped .KR1 trading pattern has turned negative ( it seems no matter how many times the sp spikes it get.s dragged down regardless of market fortunes .The sp hit £2.60 + with coinsilium similarly hitting 0.40 + during 20/22 bull run .This cycle I just don't see a x 5 bagger from KR1 BUT a £0.20 price tag on coin seems achievable from here

Up to last 12 months . Coinsilium plc sole investing policy was to attempt to jump on the bandwagon of in vogue crypto trends like DeFi .NFT, etc rtc , it was a case of throw a dart at the board and blindly jump in .only the involvement was way behind the curve .an fell at the first hurdle

Latter days the investments seem to have more due diligence and solid long term , ie Greengage etc .cracking decision of that mode

I doubt MP wants out ( especially at this stage) .However ! He desperately needs to step away from the screen PERMANENTLY

Utilising one of these Gentlemen as a front desk PR Dude will go one he'll of a long way to rid coinsilium of its incompetent tag and opening a up a customer base to young up & coming vein of investors .someone who can come across as a competent. Credible & Viable person with vision

UM.UM UM bit of PR ., When I've always liked Malcolm as a person .he and Coinsilium have never learnt that having MP as a front man is counterproductive. A PR spokesman cannot come out with * in short the answer to.your question is UM ! .. FFS get an articulate dynamic front person to explain in clear terms the direction coin are taking. Which is a vast improvement on latter years .they do seem.to have found a rich vein of investing methodology and utilising the treasury assets via AI must be the easy to go in this space.

The future does look a lot brighter

I.m not claiming or stating anything , But I find it very hard to belive that with all there years of experience. 5 star contacts. Wealth of knowledge that they don't jump in and out if trades to generate financial gain . They are top.if the pile in industry intelligence. Why it use those attributes to create personal wealth AND swell the funds coffers to achieve unicorn status as a lot of holders believed was inevitable?

What is KR1.s identity ?

Are they a VC company solely investing in new protocols .seed funding the future polkadot / C osmos ?

Are they a company that generates revenue from staking tokens they backed from inception

OR

Are they a dedicated crypto fund with a mission focusing on highest possible returns to.its investors

A basket of the above ?

I stand to be corrected but my interpretation of what KR1 were all about from inception in 2016 was to invest in what the BOD deemed the future of Digital assets like Vo1t etc . Some of the crop became superstar protocols like POLKADOT & COSMOS . Kr1 had a policy of selling a % of some of the promising tokens generating funds to re invest to expand the portfolio .This obviously worked to there advantage in the early stages of crypto mania as thise roots methodology got them.where they are today am $ 150 m company

HOWEVER !

The digital asset space is constantly evolving. Polkadot & Cosmos diversify and morph into what the market dictates . Imo KR1.S aquis listing and strategy is stale and dated . GMcD & KVS are extremely clever dudes and have 5 star connections in the digital asset sphere, who are we to try and dictate policy & investing strategy ????

To say go and invest in alternative crypto funds is cheap .our money is riding on the dynamic duo doing there best for us the shareholders
