Just my opinion but KR1 sp has not been moving on merit . Since turn of the year .selling has been dominant forcing the price down despite the bod.s best efforts at a buy back etc etc. . I have become dissolution with the sp.s prospects of even tracking the nav never mind a premium. Lot.s of mitigating factors affecting the sp . The leading holdings have not performed DOT.,ATOM,TIA . US regulatory ambiguity. UK home fabric in total.dissaray .which in turn deters tourists and investment in the country

I hope my negatively get.s blown out the water with an imminent return of fortunes for the crypto markets and BYC does a headlong charge to $100k with TIA following in its wake

I won't be holding my breath .as that 125k dump on friday morning does not exactly inspire confidence

Millow . That.s just my view .doesn't mean I.m correct in my view opinion. Of late trading patterns are not as positive to the future prospects . Now whether institutional or hnw * whales * are derisking there positions by churning or offloading I know not

What I do know .is the sp is very weak and moves in a downward direction a lit faster than it gains momentum to the upside . Obviously the sp trading at a premium to nav * days* are no longer with us

Yes on both posts . That 6 p level most certainly got blown out the water and I suspect holders at the time had no inclination of the metaphorical rise to come (.I know I didn't!) . At that time on the other side of the pond valuations were off the scale .a little more Conservative in the UK but still extremely confident . That rise was led by retail..whereas this time round its institutional leading the way and the big boy participation comes at a cost of manipulation and dirty deeds + polkadot & Cosmos were budding high end protocols .

The BOD.s methodology of taking a position in tokens that are restricted by long term lock in periods and consequently devaluation of those tokens over that lock in period could well be a handicap.if timing is not synchronised to maturity

Maybe a Hefty % of shares in issue are held by institutional and they are churning a good portion of those shares held holding back organic growth which would have been on the cards by just retail hodl.s

As albus states sooooòo many protocols jossling for users when in all.probability the go to blockchain will be SOLANA with a smidgen of other participants. In 2020.it was open house .no one blockchain stood out as the dominant player .

The KR1 BOD are some of the most experienced on the planet . And have second to none track record of picking winners . However ! If the sp.is being manipulated not much they can do to counter regardless of there status

Crypto/ digital assets / DLT Is in its infancy and knows no bounds to grow at a phenomenal rate and KR1 nav is more than capable of mirroring that rate of growth

Whether the sp get.s the chance to do likewise. ????¿

This time 4 years Go . KR1 sp was hovering around the 6p mark . 9 months later it peaked just over 250p. Phenomenal rise with nowhere near the assets or income they hold today .

With the cryptoWorld threatening to.break out with eth ETF.S XRP settling with the sec . Sentiment should be red hot to.the positive

Nothing of note is shaking KR1.s sp.. How times change . The sphere is fast moving volatile and very susceptible to sentiment .

I was of the mind ( and i.m quite sure the BOD thought likewise) that once crypto.market cap floats above $2.8\$3 trillion KR1 sp would follow suit and plough on above ATH.s regardless

However ! since end of 23 the dynamics have changed on this stock .whether some large holders are trading instead of HODL or another factor is at play .I k ow not

But something has changed to the negative and I hope we can shake this dark shadow off pdq

Can't see the connection between lary fi k or base with kr1 .but to double is feasible. Although 7 or 8 months ago I would have been confident of a £1 + sp at this stage . But now ???? I.m personally very sceptical of the reasons for why we are only at 60p range . Heavy selling regardless of good news or btc correlation. 🤔

To seems like the chain.s of choice for RWA.s will.be Avalanche. Chainlink. Hyderabad.with XRP for cross border payments and SOLANA dominating blockchain tps usage

Like we have established before .today's in vogue tokens/ chains are not nessasary tmrws leaders . For the forecasted multi Trillions to.move in it has to be a seismic shift to on chain tokenised RWA.s

Has KR1 positioned itself to maximise returns ?

We have had 5 months of downtrend . So gonna take a bit more than one day of stagnation to reverse that trend unfortunately. Despite over $300 billion coming back in last week or so .we need a market cap above $2.8 T to attempt to regain confidence in crypto

Institutional money is funneling towards tokenised RWA.s . Granted Web 3 tech will play a major part of that new asset class .but will.new money come bk in to. The likes of DOT & ATOM ?

Geo political strife is playing a major part in unsettling global markets . The sell off from Mt Gox & German government offloading acquired btc another contribution

The crypto world has tended to reverse to ( on the cusp ) of collapse several times then bounced to ATH.s

KR1 sp has been the focus of quite heavy selling since q423 .And imo it now seems to be having a negative effect

on holder confidence & sentiment

So many protocols keep entering the blockchain arena & innovation never stops. Last months favorite can be this months biggest retrace . So the comment on KR1.s *long* strategy has merit . OK fantastic monetization buying in @£0.05 and 2 years later it hits £0.50 upon launching. . However ! Due to the nature of the beast .those gains invariably get wiped out as the * locked in * tokens hit the market .this happend time & time again on the polkadot crowdloan fiasco and Imo showcased DOT.S worth . Hence now T 5/6p

Becouse the blockchain / crypto/ DLT/ Digital asset space is so innovative and fast moving + highly volatile. There has to be a strategy I place that allocates a % of the portfolio to actually be Traded or dip in & out of in vogue tokens .GMcD & KVD team have this sussed but don't seem.to want to introduce this strategy into KR1 methodology for some reason

A while ago we were banding high expectations for the sp .now sentiment is changing we could well see low.s not visited since 2020

Whatever the next few months holds in store for the world of investing . Let.s hope KR1 stock can ride the wave

Way out of there depth and have been found out a long time ago but the rif crew and now we as shareholders pay the price for main holders exiting ( now at any price regardless), MP & ET have never been of the caliber required .
