Yesterdays action is quite shocking as its been 3 and half years since a 220 IPO, They sold 10% to the chinese effectively handing over the intellectual property , Bought a productive company in the states so they could claim some sort of revenue Why go cap in hand to institutional @ this point in the company's growth, then been sent off with the tail between the legs shoulders slumped on a 35% discount take it or leave it scenario which will now alienate there PI ,s with over 5 million on offer to be flipped Things must have deteriorated over @ Ammanford
