Post CE -The plan is to expand our customer base significantly by developing relationships with imaging hardware companies as well as Alliance to ensure wide market access. This will be linked to a changed business model from a one-off access fee to one of pay-per-use. And During the period Feedback announced a large-scale collaboration with Future Processing Sp. z o.o. ("Future Processing"), a software development service provider based in Gliwice, Poland to develop medical imaging software. Feedback's assistance has resulted in another successful EU grant application made by Future Processing. The directors of Feedback consider that by CCI working jointly with the Future Processing healthcare team, CCI's product portfolio can be updated and improved and new products developed more rapidly including further applications for TexRAD. The intention is for the Company to agree formal licences for new software products to be brought to market in 2017/18 under a shared revenue arrangement. Under this collaboration with Future Processing, the Company is currently making substantial savings in software development costs although there could be some strategic advantage in re-establishing some UK-based software development capability. We are encouraged by the continued strong interest shown in TexRAD and the number of research papers being published which highlight its numerous potential applications, particularly in areas such as liver, prostate and adrenal cancers. Profit Just my thoughts , Once they announce the first commercial sale or deal in whatever format it is negotiated , I would assume some sort of financial divulgence would accompany that announcement, Then the cat is out of the Bag ! GLA , ill gladly answer any questions. NB I have 16 years experience in the field one of those announcements add up to much. They were 2015 and in the case of the OeMS the software from TexRad was bundled in with the scanner. The scanners cost $2m and the TexRad software was probably at cost as a research collaboration -�50k? In the case of Siemens it was facilitated by the Korean distributor of Siemens radioisotopes , and as such not directly linked to Siemens Healthcare - the scanner side of the company.� The first sale in 2015 in South-Korea where the TexRAD software was part of the scanner purchase tender which eventually went to Siemens and was facilitated with their distributor. Moving forward South-Korea is turning out to be a very important emerging market for TexRAD with a very able and well-connected distributir. Similarly in China there is a distributor for TexRAD who is a one of the exclusive approved vendors for GE to tap the huge Chinese market. It is true that Alliance and their reporting physicians (Radiologists/Nuclear-Medicine physicians) don�t want to add complicated add-ons nor increase the reporting time and for this reason the recently CE marked TexRAD Lung is an automated/hands-free solution which post-processes the PET/CT images in lung cancer patients in the background and results are ready / incorporated within the PACS for the individual patients in-advance to seamlessly fit within the radiologists/Nuclear-Medicine physicians reporting workflow. So the latest-development are such which is/will be well received by all the stakeholders - end-users/Hospital-IT etc and a subscription model will result in revenue generation.
