100% agree Andy .Although institutional tool the vast majority of shares allocated for the raise retail were shafted good & proper . The selling down in the weeks an months prior to the * flash bookbuild* indicates insider knowledge. Either way it does not bodd well for hhe future as management integrity has been called into question. Again .my thoughts on why dilute when bank rates must have been more favorable is hopefully they need that cash tap for more acquisition soon ?? Dilution eats into one.s capital so never a great shining light. After this Rusty needs to come to market with a plausible explanation .always amazes me why corporate feel the need to create animosity and confidence erosion needlessly .as today's sp action clearly indicates . Still.one of the most attractive stock.s to hold ( for now ).!!!!

There insider knowledge is priceless in a sector saturated with bad actors .not saying KR1 is without its blemishes. But they have been revierd in the industry since inception

I don't claim to be any kind of authority on crypto or blockchain technology or anything resembling IT proficient. BUT I did buy into the decentralised vision of the future * unfortunately naive* transferd a wedge of DOT onto a supposedly decentralised encrypted wallet to take advantage of the inflated % rewards on offer .however .quickly became apparent that this was not a good move!!!! The address is encrypted all right but the engine behind the bonnet can change direction at will .favouring the validators .all rich institutional fat cats .squeezing every drop of blood out of un suspecting crypto enthusiasts . As All.those who have experience in the Polkadot crowdloans and POS scamfest have found to there peril ..

He.s basically extremely bearish on crypto. Not a hard sentiment to echo is it. All the platforms screw over speculators unashamedly .including Binance and Gavin.wood.s Polkadot . How polkadot is not - $1 already is a mystery. From my own prospective. No rewards from Picasso .Efinity. Genshiro to name a few .utter criminal behaviour .and it has to be endorsed by GW and his merry men .that's just within KR1 sphere .imagine the amount of scamming going on throughout

From my understanding ( taking into account current bear sentiment ) this new sever downturn is down to some more binance shenanigans with FTX .Nothing new there as Binance have been throwing the cat amongst the pigeons for years . Institutional players taking advantage and consolidating or adding positions. Same old !
