K3 .I share your sentiment on the bod.s deals being suspect and IMO they desperately need to exonerate themselves otherwise belief in the companys investing strategy will never turn positive . The whole sector is at the cusp of either exploding into a mega trillion $ steam or sinking without trace .imo the expansion in the digital asset space will gather pace rapidly ( no way entities like Amazon Tencents Alibaba.Microsoft.Spotify are getting into bed with blockchain protocols only to see there investments wiped out by GG .s vindictive terrorism) despite the US stance on ( carpet boming anything that resembles the word Bitcoin)

Why post if a script if you don't belive it to be true . Granted ! Coinsilium bod have nowhere near deliverd on the initial potential. I still find it incomprehensible that there ventures have been that bad .( in fact I suspect underhanded maneuvers is the norm not conducive to shareholder value ) . On paper some Jv.s look shrewd business like Greegage . IOV Labs .but either the bod are fearfull of venturing outside there own purple circle or have no interest in becoming validators for the front runners in interoperability like Polygon.Avalanche . Cosmos.polkadot .
KR1 are a totally different animal to coinsilium ( although both shared the same stage in the early days ) and will go on to become an utter colossus unicorn within the digital assets sphere
However ! K3 .. instead of constantly posting negative views full attacks on the bod .why not contact the company to air your views & enter dialogue. Then post your views once you had a chance to get progress and the corrupt deals within the purple circle .from the company first hand

IMO. SP here is not going to.move noticeably north until the fear and uncertainty surrounding the sector turns to a positive outlook . Coinsilium strategically well placed to move with the tide .As history has proven .Don't need a whole bunch of (.in profit) blockchain assets to float the boat to achieve a possible 10+ bagger .
The speed of change to tokenisation / digital assets domination over tr/fi has accelerated these last few days

The hedging is shrewd and protects a certain level.of income .however ( without being derogatory to certain nationalities ) I have worked In the O&G industry worldwide which is dominated by American service company's slumbergee.Varco etc etc . Most highly productive and compitant . The same cannot be said for a number of US management .a % of these guy.s ( predominantly from texas). Have not been placed in high office on merit . The buy back and consequent raise at a lower level reeks of this blind by power ( up.my own backside ) attitude .and this type of personality does not have a genuine efinity with the great unwashed ...if you get my drift !
For me that is a huge concern as its reared its ugly head of late

investement into Greengage should Greengage step up and fill even a minute % of the current void in the crypto banking system . On / off ramp for fiat to crypto with a regulated banking system is the holy grail ..maybe someone else reading this has a deeper handle on Greengage.s targets . The Gibralter regulator & Singapores MAS have embraced crypto to an extent .Does that extent in Gib/ Greengage expand to cover banking facilities for Blockchain start up.s and technology ???

All the content in your post is speculation.. The facts provide a different picture . Granted ! Macro economics. Geo politics & the volatile price of gas has influenced the SP to the negative
Nobody expects Rusty to have access to a crystal.ball readout .However. The fallout from business conducted over last few months by the bod demonstrates that what ever dd undertaken on the asset purchased the pre deal buy back and consequent raise at lower prices does not cut the ice at a level.needed to keep institutional & retail pacified when sentiment is ( and has been a while ) moving rapidly to the negative exasperated by a falling gas price

Dilution is a tolerable move when it's good business. The latest fund raise was evidently not good business .when they were buying bk shares at a much higher rate than 105p. + if tapping the banks for funds is a much more financial rewarding method. Why incur the wrath of the markets by more dilution . No investor wants there capital devalued as is evident in the current sell off .that has its roots long before the flash bookbuild .indicating yet again a lack of trust .Dilution of 15,% with retail only having a meager slice of that pie also add.s fuel.tonthe fire . I personally have no interest holding a stock subject to constant Dilution without a marked increase in profits resulting from said Dilution. Growth off assets is all well and good. But the continued slide in sp is a clear indication the market foes not think it was good business or the way it was conducted.

Maybe it has to do with something called trust .did the bod not state no more dilution ? Or my misspetation ! Or something to do with a buy back of shares at a lot higher price than the last raise. Or dilution without just financial reasoning . As someone touched on here previous. Once the rot has set In

It's like all crypto enthusiast's are just begining to thaw out after the extended winter . Sentiment does feel strong on the positive side .After all the shenanigans with ftx .Kraken . SEC spin doctors. terra etc etc .the cmc is pretty robust in the face of all that negative PR. It goes to show that * wall.of money * is on the sidelines ready to.ne deployed again
However ! The spread is just obscene so a huge deterant for any savvy investor looking to.take a position . Trouble is coinsilium sp not really backed up. By a strong portfolio or Nav .so very vulnerable to swings . ( mostly to the downside ).MP & ET are very perceptive. Just move like sloths .I have an interest in a UK tokenisation exchange. Those Guy.s can get things done at warp speed when necessary. As in M & A within the space regardless of geographical location . Very impressive .Coinsilium plc have lacked that dynamic methodology I.m afraid but still worth holding for
