Stop ramping allthat. You've just appeared from nowhere. Looking at the Level 2 there is clearly a seller here but to what end, who knows. The drop to 48 seems to have triggered some buying activity, so could be someone shorting to drive a lower re-entry. Hard to know with AIM stocks. In my experience, random sudden price drops tend to mean bad news, meaning someone has got wind of a fundraise or further delays. Let's hope it isn't.

Sorry but I disagree with your last comment. What do you want them to do? Make it unconditional when the project viability is contingent on other debt and equity providers? That's just silly. I'd have liked a bit more clarity on a few different things, timing being one, but some people on this board are totally insatiable.

Berenberg price target 90p. Edison and Zeus 80p. Most have caveated that they have adopted more conservative valuation multiples than may be achieved in open market.

Think there needs to be a bit patience here. New strategy looks right and still a decent capital allocation despite the turnaround. Buybacks will help. One to lock away for 12 months and see how things go with a decent divi in the meantime.

Basically supports what GGG is saying. Most of the value with DIS (~60p) a share but valuation is conservative as it carries a lot of the central cost which would disappear on acquisition. Also notes likely US interest and higher multiples. Comparison and Search as expected - Comparison needs to show scale and Search needs to demonstrate proof of concept / sustainability. Overall valuation 70p-80p but acknowledges that sum of the parts likely to be greater.

Still showing as "projected" board date 11th Nov and "proposed". Do we know if they actually convened yesterday?
