Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 13,628,570 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings in the Subscription Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on or around 31 July 2025.

Following the AGM earlier today, the Company can confirm that the 13,628,570 Subscription Shares have now been issued, at an issue price of 3.5 pence per share.

Sats crashing too and Clai have a ton of churning when both get huge dilution coming. If this strategy of not diluting investors but making quick turn profits works , then more attractive for building up funds without altering then low shares in issue .

More volatile to the SP but causes a lot bigger % both ways than trying to throw a pebble into an ocean with billions of shares

Sats crashing now . When dilution is at 1p then why pay current of 6 or 7p. Looking for good entry point around 1p if possible next week … Prd might be finished testing by then 😬

You want a house, you love the house but why pay £6 million for it when next week it’s on sale for £1 million . Will through some this way for sure as like what Sats is offering but awaiting a while longer for fair entry…

Non dilutive funding / grants / potential partnerships….. great words and great increases to shareholders confidence and SP values

Have re read Amoi RNS . Buy £360000 Bitcoin sell for £414000 15% profit in 2 months . Rinse and repeat. Where looking at Clai and sats, issue billions of shares and raise millions to buy Bitcoin . But in meantime anton of churning to do for shareholders .

Amoi 157 million shares and no free float.. wonder which one investors will be attracted too.

Ntvo also saying they will do btc but they are very very dodgy so avoid at all costs imo

Actually 360000 and 15% profit makes 414000. Keep re investing for quick gains using the higher compound stake and you have a decent income. Perhaps a lot more wiser than selling billions of shares at confetti prices such as Clai and sats have done .. so yes I can see lots of rinse and repeat here to gain income

Amoi RNS this morning . They have bought approx 360000 worth of Bitcoin and 15% profit over 2 months already. Not bad if you can get it … gone low again at 1.5p but might be a fast riser as extremely low shares in issue their

Bitcoin purchases . Originally spent 30% of their 900000 balance on btc then another 10% added. So 360000 roughly on btc. 15% gain in 2 months is around 45000 profit in 2 months … they need to be adding more to the btc but not bad returns so far ….

Tick up on so decent delayed trades . Free float around 30% and how long before some II’s take a big holding

Thought I was reading this wrong but discount to 1p from 7p ??? Buy zone will go crazy at low SP for sure but big fall to get there .. watching and waiting

Genuine multi bagger here . Grants for parents and trials already exceed MCAP. Multiple trials underway for anti ageing diseases in humans and dogs.. SP still bottom zone.. this may turn out to be the multibagger of 2025 and that’s not ramping.. that’s a very high possibility. Unique products that will become hugely demanded in the health zone
