More likely that Hama take some of the placings and become a significant shareholder. CHP had cln in Hama if I recall but nothing seemed to happen re them. There is clearly a link with Hama but is it via Vela or CHP. If CHP raise the monies needed for AlbaCo, I can see the other holdings dispensed of such as weshop etc and CHP used as the market machine for AlbaCo listing … would make more sense as a majority holder in AlbaCo

Seems Chp will be used for the RTO of AlbaCo . But what is the fate of amgo going to be … no news for a while here and deadline to delist must be approaching. In for a punt only as still could go either way imo and perhaps an acquisition or RTO is still remotely possible

Yes finally got their banking licence . Big dilution to come to raise £25 million buy the result will be worth it.. still watching amgo as they also are due either to finish or pull something out of the hat re takeover . Punt only there though… been quiet recently watching in the shadows

Well they did it at last… imminent just got a lot more imminent.. this is going to be one interesting ride over the next few months but the outcome should be very decent indeed. Look at equivalent banks such as Metro and MCAPs .
