Add this to the figures
Based on reports from June 2025, Juvela launched a new, state-of-the-art allergen-free bakery and brand ("OAF") in South Wales, which involved a £1.5 million investment.
Key details regarding the investment and factory:
Location: The new facility is located in South Wales, near their existing, long-standing factory.
Cost: The investment in the new, dedicated gluten-free site was reported as £1.5m.
Purpose: The factory supports the launch of a new, "disruptive" gluten-free brand called OAF, designed to target the retail market.
Capacity: The new site is designed to be allergen-free, covering the top 14 allergens.
Additionally, in December 2025, parent company Tooru PLC refinanced its debt facility for Juvela, which included an additional £500,000 to further support the development of the new OAF brand.
