I would hope our government leads the way to try to sort out a vaccine...but also aware 75% of intensive care beds already filled and cases already in care homes and NHS...however being an Island nation then our chance of suffering the same as European countries landlocked together...could have been better prevented...

Nope...I actually like our government...however think it is being totally naive in its response unlike other governments...even when ministers are suffering affects in the budget they are not admitting they have it.....but then press releases their name...why do you feel our country is being protected like it should be then ...people coming and going through airports etc ?

Denmark now on full lockdown too...think UK going to follow by weekend surely

Mondays crash on FTSE and Dow Index showed markets very panic period at the moment...lots of firms will fold mainly those to do with tourism, large gatherings etc...SP here does not show the potential at the moment but nothing has changed except epidemic now pandemic which to be honest probably was at the start...company announcement will quench thirst for now until that one dries up...all can say is think UK will certainly be changing over next week or two...just hope our scientists can do what the Iranians and Chinese have not managed to do yet and that a cure at least can be found...however very much doubt Novacyt will crash and burn due to their portfolio and perhaps time to shine is now here...

And further...can be transported in ambient temperatures..so ideal for mobile testing pods...not pids as earlier typed

As showing with PHE and other government tests...the results are taking too long to get back and labs cannot cope...that's why NHS quick testing pids are being introduced here...no good letting people such as MP's carrying on when a 2 hour test is much more efficient than allowing virus to further spread...as CDC tests showing...they are not always effective that's where Novacyt holds the jewels..100% efficiency in 2 hour turnaround ...therefore the kind of test that airports , sporting venues should be using...longer queues but safer crowds
