Yeh, I read the london stock exchange release. Unfortunately there was another brief released over on ADVFN at 7.22 which unfortunately looks incorrect and stated there was also a 20p cash offer, they then released a corrected brief at 8.51. Fair to say I'm not having a good morning and in future I'll get my information from only london stock exchange.

First rns I didn't see the 20p cash offer, only seen it in the second one, now there is a corrected brief that does not mention it, please tell me there is 20p cash offer along with the 0.75 convertion to WTN.

I am rather perplexed by this share. With the news seeming so positive, I'm not sure why so many people are selling. The rns was rather complex, is this why or mabye a case if the news seems too good then it probably is. Thoughts welcome....

If you don't mind having a look over the after hours rns for Hirco. Could I ask your opinion? If there are to be circa 73million new shares issued (even though I see at a price not comparable to current sp) does this mean that we are still dilluting the shares in issue by 2. If we have twice as many shares in issue can we expect a fall in sp due to this? Please correct me if I misunderstand the situation.

Did you just buy in today? The news is great for sp. Hopefully a settlement won't be too far away with Department of Justice. I'm in at a higher price but have managed to trade it over the last couple of days so I'm closing my loss there. Best of luck.

There was a consolidation a while back. When they turned your 100 shares at 25p to 10 shares at 250p. (figures give or take). So when it showed 25p it was equivilant of 250p today.

Yes, unfortunate name, I suppose he has his many 100s' of millions to make him feel better. LOL. I thought we might have seen a bit more of a climb today based on the official rns released stating that any incurred fine for Partygaming should be significantly lower than $300million. Certainly bodes well for the near future. Heres hoping.

The link seems to be for another sp - cee. I haven't any experience of anything with a dual listing, does CYH have a dual listing?, how common are dual listings and is there anything in particular that you have to keep an eye on with them?
