Manipulating is what is going on looking at the large purchases at the low price holding a low price till the shorts are cleared. Suspended trading would catch the shorter out. I am not an expert but watching the trades it seems the only conclusion I can come to.

Cost of green energy is very small compared with atomic power. It is not the build cost or the maintenance of running it clean up goes on for hundreds of years after the plant has had its day. Wind power is simple to clean up after twenty or thirty years.
I see what is going into decommissioning there are two old plants close to my home the smaller of the two has more staff there now than when it was productive and the other at the last count had over 8000 people working there plus many small companies around about sub contracted
So green energy to me is a no brainier.
