I received a letter last week (dated 05 May 2023) from Jarvis Investment Management informing me of a Corporate event with DELTIC Energy PLC ORD GBP 0.005 . Consolidation subject to approval at the AGM on the 11th May 2023 .

The Company is proposing to consolidate every 20 existing shares of DELTIC ENERGY PLC ORD GBP0.005 into 1 new ordinary share of GBP0.10 . Also say that this event will be mandatory and due to be effective from 25th May 2023 . Capital letters are from the letter .

Have I missed something ?.

I am hanging on here hoping for a miracle perhaps . A right shower .

They may have a lot to hide .

Could be wrong this week but still time .

For now I am feeling pessimistic about this Company ; what are the BoD doing to justify their salary ?.

Seems to be the same again this week , up early and down later in the week .

What is happening with this Company ?. Useless BoD taking their money and do not seem to be doing anything to deserve it .

This seems to go up early in the week and then goes down just as much towards the end of the week . Up to the punters I know but it could give a false picture towards a very Company . GLA .

I did notice that as I used my calculator as a matter of course .

Had some dealings at the last scam , Mr Justice Zacaroni did us proud .
This latest attempt to shaft us is quite different but not to be encouraged as there is so much we are not being told .

Further to my enquiry about the Wirral Borough Council holding (investment) in Hurricane Energy .
I eMailed The Wirral Globe main reporter , no reply . Also eMailed the Investment person in that Council , no reply . Poor manners in my opinion , could have just said 'fade away' .

I cannot see these people wasting their money on a poor investment .

For anyone who has contacted the FCA ,( as I have ) , I can confirm that they are a waste of space . Toothless regulatory body .
I did contact them in 2021 and did get some success as I gave them the details of the previous Scam by the previous BoD .
Two of the scammers are still with this Company , Mr. Maris and the FCO .

This fellow , Mr. Wolfe , is an Independent Non-executive Chairman .

It would seem that Mr. Wolfe could have been complicit in this shady deal . We deserve better .

Does a person like Mr. Wolfe have a duty to keep an eye on the CEO ?.

This is the second time to my knowledge that we have been threatened with a shafting . Must do our best to try and stop these murky characters .
