Credit Suisse seem confident of further good news ; up to 900p . We will have to wait and see . Wonder if that could get this Company into the FTSE 100 ?.

Same details also sent to the other recipients as requested by the above lady .

If successful could lead to more contracts .

I will be careful who I refer to in the eMails as this fellow may not want
his identity known . Am I getting paranoid or is it dealing with these
BoD characters ?.

Received just over an hour ago from a helpful fellow at the above situation .



My colleagues in the SFO assessment team have carefully reviewed all of the information relating to this matter. I must inform you, however, that the SFO will not be launching an investigation into this matter as it is not something which falls within the Director’s Statement of Principle. Accordingly, no further action will be taken by us.



We must stress that this is not the same as making a determination on whether there is a criminal case to answer, but rather that the SFO is not the appropriate agency to pursue this.



We have forwarded the matter to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as this seems to fall within their remit of financial regulation.

Hope the FCA help us , if not then I did try .

I read all the posts on this so all I will say is this ; if the link referred to me about the SFO , then I did it , sent them the information that was available at the time . If it gets relayed to the FCA then I will not be so confident of an outcome .

Had an eMail yesterday from my Senior Investigating Officer updating me on what is happening now re Hurricane Energy .
All information at hand has gone to the team who are conducting the initial assessment .
Did not reveal anything previously as did not want the BoD to be updated by someone on here , certainly not before last Friday .

LTH of these shares , not in it for a quick profit . However do not blame holders going for a return that they might use for a nice holiday in England . IMHO

Watch any documentary about India and the shameful

A telephone call gave me an eMail address on Jarvis to register my objections to the meeting on 11th June 2021 and the AGM/votes on 30th June 2021 . Requested confirmation of my complete 'against' voting .
