I didn't read the whole thing because of time but very good post and link. I think that most people who buy their 1st smartphone from somewhere like CPW maybe on impulse but then the network gets hold of them which means that the customer is being sent offers all the time.. CPW are the middle men. I do think that it would be good for both companies if they also think about distribution. There is a lot of buy online and pick up services which seem to have done well in the last sales.

I am also a bit surprised but I think it is more to do with external problems and not down to DXNS such as the stuff with Russia. They heavy invest in the UK so I should imaging that they are a bit worried where they invest their pennies atm.

I have done a few times... 24th Feb was the last posting on the BB... plenty of buys... CPW seems to be rising where Dixon is none moving.. I am Very new to shares, less then 6 months and merger already, if it happens. I am wondering if I should sell as I am just in profit and there are other companies that I would like to jump on-board. hence the dumb question.

Just wondering what thoughts people have on what is happening. There are lots of RNS which are something to do with a merger maybe, I am new to shares. Is this a quick sell or quick buy and why.

It is a bit strange.. CPW have shoot up a fair bit in the last few days..

Some people like my self like to see and touch the product. Dixons stores are good and if u have a good salesperson then you can sale extras like warrenties.

someone say something... I think this will still go up... It has been a bad week for the markets but we will be over it or even are currently over it... I was in curry's buying stuff last week and looking for stuff yesterday. Both times there was customers in the shop. I thin we will see a rise

That was a bit disappointment. slight drop.. still not as much as some tho and i think it is linked to the media reports...
