why would you use a drug or a version of a drug, ie adcs , when there is a non toxic version of that same drug giving superior results. overnight avacta platform could become the standard of care.

how can you make estimates on drug sales based on existing data about a given drug when the ava range have no mtd , ie given higher doses over longer period. ava6000 alone is mind blowing , given the scale of dosing so fr, with dox at 1bil pa sales to date. even a *** backer calculation will tell you this is off the scale if it gets to market.

The 1.5 bil for dox PA isn’t taking into account that 1/ ava6000 will cost more than standard dox

2/ no real MTD so a patient can be given higher dosage 3/ that same higher dosed patient can be given ava6000 over a longer period. Ava6000 can be given to older/younger patients, over 65 have the highest rate of cancer. Makes that 1.5 bil PA look a little small. Mind blowing calculations on just one drug. This is why some of us have been invested from the beginning.
