I think it could get over the 1p mark before the payment/aquirment of the land as people gamble or anticipate what the outcome will be. I wouldn’t be surprised if it hit 1.4/1.5p before we know if there paying or leaving. The gamble is do you take it or leave it and see if they can sort out the cash

They still may be able to borrow the money if the asset will be worth that much someone would lend them it if they could get a big share of it..... but I hope they don’t I ready do lol
