Can’t seem to buy or sell. At any amount that is more than the admin fee haha. Pointless. What are the reasons for not being able to buy or sell? Lack of shares to buy/sell. Vulnerability in the stock?

Surely tho sells are buys? They are higher or the same price as the buys just before
