Unsurprising growth is so low when this parasitic civil service demand wind mils are effected everywhere doubling energy bills Vs the USA. Our heavy industry has no hope when it has to subsidise the wild inefficiency of the energy sector. Inevitably it ends up in China where they produce energy in efficient ways.
