if it was that easy Legacy Hill with all their success in this area would have enough money to buy an even bigger mine on their own without Regency . Cgull thats exactly right this is a delayed and masked confetti moment but its also deceitful because the 130% statement suggests dilution won't be the path when we all know it is.
