Of course the big problem here is , we are at 0.04p and we need to pay A, the directors salaries and B, peanut exploration in Yukon and Mambares .Its either a further 30% dilution from here or share consolidation followed by dilution .

Lets not forget about Joseph's director salary too, making a total of 5 directors that will need wages every month cos as Scott once said " we don't do all this for free , we expect to get paid for it obviously . "

Things have got so bad that the main focus of the interview was a car battery recharging point in Liverpool thats being funded by even more debt.How on earth is that going to be cash generating in a short time to save RGM from having to issue more shares onto the market ,when everyone else knows debts come with interest and will need to be paid back.

So we must have had 2.5 Billion shares in issue the last time Scott consolidated everyone .

Personally I am getting sadder and sadder by the day here knowing remaining shareholders ultimate fate is a doubling of shares followed by consolidation ...................and thats in a best case scenario .Even after that there will be even more shares issued cos lets face it that loan isn't going to pay off itself!

From a strategic plan perspective personally I would give the entire portfolio up and start again .

The good news is Stephens only got £150k left on the table........ of course he started with £450k and has topped up substantially since.........When they dropped and half yet again and then again I don't suppose he'll be that bothered.

Carrzaigubarre have purchased 50% of Met coal for half of what dummy Bell and Scott paid for the same asset only 12 months before.

Clearly they were have been robbed and should have conducted some of their DD on the RGM LSE BB,if they had it would have saved them a lot of money ,mind you it didn't help Stephen .

Zumore ,Really I forgot that figure only 1.24B in issue the last time we consolidated and we are already at 1.5B today.

Whats different this time around is the high level of direct and indirect /concealed debts RGM are carrying.

Plus of course Stephen Pearce who has interestingly doubled up ,could he make a differences?Thats not happened before ,normally they cower .

I think its reasonable to assume we still don't have a single HW in operation and that the 70 skilled employees are no longer on the books and our stones throw away mine from a power plant is now sourcing its coal from more reliable contractors.

The problem is, 600m new shares takings us to 2.1B share in circulation won't even touch the sides.

As regards to Scotts honesty ,we have only just found out one year after the original deal was made that the real purchase price was $11.13M and not $3m and we have had no HW's running for at least 2 months now and Scott has only just disclosed this publicly .

Deceitful at best.

Burningspears, the best way of putting it and as an observer of RGM for over tens years is most i.e. nearly all RGM shareholders end up losing 99.7% of their investment.This isn't a made up figure ,its a statically fact and what that really means is even someone investing at these levels will before they know it find themselves 99.7% down .
