Well I read that as a mixed bag - perhaps we're going to see some homes close where the landlords/LAs won't/can't play ball and others will give some slack to SC. My guess is that's probably the likely outcome and, strictly financially speaking, that should, in theory, see a better business come out the other side and you would expect a possible monster uplift in the share price - this is far from being some ten-bob outfit after all ...
The logistics alone suggest that this can't/won't be allowed to go under completely, never mind the press fallout etc as other have alluded to.
I still think we'll end up with a balanced outcome from this with some homes being closed due to intransigence of rent collectors and others pressing ahead having been given some breathing space (in particular I'd have thought cos being invested in property sure as **** ain't where you want to be in the next 12 months anyway, right? So some rent is better than boarded-up windows!) - again, that should be good news for the SP but WTF knows where it could go - could be 25p, could be a quid!
