Off the top of my head - the firesale value including 50% share of 3x US plants is pretty much £2 as it happens.

There's no upside baked into that though, that's 100% froth-free and each new plant of that size adds 45p.

Give me the combined NPV values of all known/planned plants and I'll tell you the marketprice for a sale - without any froth on top.

Gold @ $4,036 - remember my $4.5k target which I'd pencilled in for 2026 some 5 years ago.

If this isn't worth a penny already with Copper also strong @ $5.15 then it must be damn close.

Re OMI - I share the sentiment but with a £90m mcap and a chart that shows its 10x bagged in the last year alone (congrats!) it's not likely to be the next 10x bagger :)

ARV is the best bet IMO - 700k oz gold equivalent already in the ground worth easily 2x the current mcap - if they get a duster or two it won't half the mcap like here and elsewhere but it could still 10x on a great hit ...

They have c2.7p pencilled in for the DFS drop but that's extremely lowball IMO, particularly as they're using a very low $30 basket price per kg of TREO.

Neodymium has increased in price by 20% since their note so I'd pencil in at least a 40% uplift in value from there to upper 3s myself.

The sky is the limit here though of course - there's little to stop the basket price from skyrocketing especially when the US govt is guaranteeing a price of $110kg offtake for their recently invested companies.

At anything like $100kg - and that could well end up being the market price for non-China rare earths - then forget +40% here and pencil in +400%.

Do also note how quickly the DFS drops (doubling whatever value is in the PFS) - just a few months after the PFS which underlines how simple the ionic clay extraction method is vs standard rock crushing mines and all the energy, equipment and logistics involved in that.
