No I haven't read the RNS mate lol My exposure to the usual dogshit miner/oily stuff has never been lower mate and it's getting lower all the time as, five years into this game, I consider myself to be at the "end of the beginning" of forming a consistent trading strategy and the usual P&Ds form basically 0% of that and I never really got involved with them before tbh ... Today was sposed to be a big red day and I know a fair few things bounced in the end as the markets shrugged Trump off etc but do you know how red my PF got today at its worst? It didn't lol and it was blue overall by the closing bell :) It may not be as "exciting" as the rainbow chasing dogshit stuff but I'll almost certainly make more money over the longer term and with about 0.001% of the risk of losing any (even on paper) and I don't half sleep better to boot ;)

Yes :) I haven't looked at it recently but correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that doing 100%+ rises every couple of months followed by -80% gap-downs the next week ad infinitum?
