@Rookie - because when this gets revalued it'll be to a target mcap - the SP will clearly be a lot higher than it could have been with a lot less shares in the float.

Call it prep for what's coming - the money guys (PencilDong too) know the score, take advantage of a weak SP while you still can and just wait.

I thought PencilDong seemed "motivated" :)
