Not when just one of your projects is sellable at c40% more than your current mcap it's not - mining/resource companies don't need to actually mine to turn a profit if the market has them pegged as low as this currently is ...

That 75% IRR at Hawiah is pretty stellar.

Based on the quoted NPV - perhaps a tad frothy using April's Gold price - that project is worth c£37m in a sale on the open market which is a c40% uplift from here.

That likely depends on the Gold price - something is going to kick off in that respect before the end of August, of that I'm certain.
