No i havent not yet at least not enough left over on the current set up , i am though thinking of another set to power battery and other stuff, should make me just about self sufficient .I have air source but its hungry for electric so a boiler like the one here would be a better source , and give more electric for my garage and the wifes stables .

No really you have lost it, i have solar panels and i know what you get paid for the lot wether you use it or not i have an emma unit which takes all the extra electric produce and heats the water tank with it, and in the summer there is still some not used thats the only time i would not use all provided by panels , i was thinking of getting a larger water tank to make use of it that way.

What are you on thats what is fitted in the house radiators, you clown and when house hot enough water tank will take the rest ,then it will shut down till more demand ,you are really not worth waisting time on are you . you just keep comming up with thick reasons why not to invest .

Holy moly 1 litre engine produces approx 64 kw power with nothing conected ie gear box wheels and movement , got that !
good so it can turn a generator and produce a lot of electricity no , and while doing so produces heat from its waist yeah and and lot of that at that , when you consider how quickly an engine over heats with no movement ant no fan to keep it cool ,thats constantly by the way so plenty of heat , so whats your beaf .gla

Maybe not although will have a big part to play, all micro generated electricity will play its part ,coal out, gas running out oil a dirty fuel . massive generating stations to expensive with more pollutants , nuclear far to expensive and then there's waist .
Big changes come to electric generation im affraid so get used to it fluffy .

Why would there be more gas burnt , a little more in my opinion but not a lot as your boiler at the moment is the equivalent of at least 10 to 20+kw to power only the heating, of which some is lost from exhaust heat , the engine produces the same heat in its rotational motion as the flame going up the chimney , think if you could save all that heat in your car which is lost from the radiator in the front and the heater inside the car thats a lot of waist ,the boiler is in reverse so will do the same only no waist .Anyway if you think that of the company move on and let us loose our money by our self's we are all grown ups after all capable of making our own mistakes ,if Thats what we are doing , Also how do you know we have no working boiler .

I have listened a lot on here about the doubters , if you think about it its not hard to see where inspirit are coming from with this tech , think automobile and you get it quickly . A small engine pulls about a tonne around our roads all day long generating electricity and belting out heat as waist ,now think boiler small engine coupled to generator pumping out 6.5kw electricity instead of carting about 1 tonne of metal then think of the waist heat that goes into your home , now on top of that think about the gas your boiler used just for heat , now running an engine but still making that waist heat or vise verse making heat and generating electricity , then store the excess because you wont need 6.5kw all at once NO Brainer .i want one when they come .
OH and some of that surplus electric will power that electric car we will all have later on . Gla

fluf read the news, look around you the world needs items such as this so we can continue to live our lives as we do at current levels ,or the green lobbyist' s , will have us running about in horse and carts , inventions like this will make a big difference in power generation the world over .gla
