Dont know about tarrif but when you combine 2 more than 4kw ,constitutes commercial, and the tariff falls considerably .

Just a stand alone none tarrif system to charge battery and more excess to water tank, and a car if i get one . , yeah had old type meter but they cottoned on to the fact not paying much for my electric , so insisted on a smart meter .
solar much cheaper now so fitting another system doable .
