I emailed VAST before Xmas. Susie replied and said that they've been working on the RTO for many months under strict guidance from the nominated adviser and AIM team. So hopefully the admission document will be published fairly soon.

Legal, that's just to do with the terms of the RTO, not the vote itself. If they can't agree on the RTO terms, it's over and suspension will be lifted. Nothing to do with the shareholder vote.

When the price was rising last week, you immediately said that AP was doing something to cause it as a fact without proof. Whether you were right or not doesn't matter. You can't accuse people of stuff like that without evidence. You can give your opinion that it's something he would do, but not state it as a fact. Btw I'm no fan of AP either, but what I say about him is my opinion. I don't try to disguise it as a fact. Do you understand now?

Legal, I don't think that's right. The RNS clearly states that suspension will be lifted once the admission document is published, meaning the terms of the RTO agreement, or if they can't reach an agreement, suspension will be lifted in that scenario too. I'm fairly certain we won't be suspended into the AGM, unless something else changes between now and then.

Well they're professionals and likely know more than you or I. Personally, the lack of a bounce on the initial drop tells me this is getting sold off. It looks like a drop every day for the foreseeable.

The RNS states that the suspension will be lifted once the AIM admission document is published in early 2026. Assuming that happens, I expect the interrupted rise to continue. They can't forward sell the placing shares because it needs to be voted on. And if we do get a decent rise, the placing can be done at a higher price and thus less dilution. The good news is that you can sell before the RTO if you want. So at least that's something.

World Quant increased their short position slightly on Friday. Just noticed that.

A massive drop in the buybacks. They only purchased 200k compared to 700k on Friday. Tells me they expect this to drop further. I'm sold for now and taken a short position.

Spare a thought for whoever bought £100k on Friday. I'm guessing they'll vote against the deal.

Slight difference, PPP had a solid rally before it was suspended. 600% or something? We were denied that here.

Thanks Erin. I'm glad I shorted PANR where you've lost a lot of money 😂 This will be out of suspension soon. A lot of big buyers here lately. I doubt any one of them will vote to be diluted.
