I use to look forward to an RNS
Now I dread the sight of a new RNS
I actually get a little more uneducated every RNS
I actually feel as though I know less now

There was a time not so long ago when one would look forward to an RNS, looking forward to learn something new.
Now I dread the idea of another RNS
I actually feel as if I know less after reading every RNS or update from these clowns

Haha…. I think the AGM’s are always a bit of a joke with EUZ. So many keyboard warriors time and time again talk up how they will bombard the AGM with truth bombs and tough question lines for LR and BOD.
When the AGM arrives, all those keyboard warriors are nowhere to be seeing, everyone hoping someone else will do the hard questioning.

I agree, the vote is a formality and already a forgone conclusion as the PI’s are almost always too disorganised and fragmented to actually effect change. LR & BOD I believe are well aware of this and are looking to get through the next 2 weeks with their heads in the sand before moving through another 12 months on the EUZ gravy train.

I appreciate your viewpoint HighSide however I tend to think the personality of a CEO and leader of a company is super vital. I think there are plenty of real world examples where a great company on paper, doesn’t reflect share price performance due to the mishandled PR and poor CEO personality.
There are plenty of examples of the opposite too, companies run by great enthusiastic and great personable characters who steer a great share price value even when the metrics arnt as positive.

A murderer who lets his victims look the other way before he shoots, doesn’t exonerate the crime just because there’s a positive spin on it!!

My problem with LR & I really feel as though I’d given him the benefit of the doubt time and time again, is that he doesn’t make a great CEO, not even a good one.
I think The verbal attacks some have made on LR personally are too far because his poor leadership doesn’t make him a horrible human, just a poor CEO.
I think One of the most critical roles a CEO fills in any company is the PR/face of the company. It’s a critical part of the CEO role to be that consistent confidence inspiring familiar face of the company and I think it’s clear that LR actually doesn’t like the public eye. Watching back some of his interviews with this possibility in mind, I see a different man then I ever have before. Now I see a man who is floundering with the Toral / EUZ branding through his own anxiety for the public eye.
There is nothing more frustrating in business (private or public)than to have a CEO who doesn’t communicate well or at all.

This is where LR has failed the company, the project, the shareholders and staff.

The reality is if you or I were to do 20% of our jobs really well and neglected the other 80%, we wouldn’t be employed for long at all. LR’s CEO role should be held accountable.

I think your comment “it’s a confusing picture at the minute” sums the situation up well and I think as shareholders of a company, we should always have clarity about the direction of a company albeit positive or negative, we should at least have the complete picture and that’s a critical part of the CEO’s role. A CEO we have all employed to perform and is currently not.

This is an incredible shake down and a criminal corporate hussle if ever I saw one.

I do believe the “Value Event” was blown out of proportion by the shareholders and this chat thread and the term “Value Event” seemed to have taken on a life of its own without much weight if any behind it so I personally am not disillusioned by the lack of Value Event for LSH.
The reality is this certainly represents a “Value Event” on not for the Long Term Share Holders.

Yes that’s true, there are many capable small track mounted rigs loaded with the pulling power to rotate and pull up hundreds of meters of steel HQ pipe. It’s the engine power and capability.

Diamond Drilling rig rates sit around $12k per day average plus $300-$400 meter rate Plus consumables. These costs don’t include mobilisation costs ~$25k - $40k

Any suggestion that EUZ is been “held down” is ludicrous and lacks any facts.
I appreciate that when a SP is stagnant, frustration is easier to manage if one can point the finger even if without sound judgement. MM manipulation or Majority holder “held down” SP is the most common “go to” in the finger pointing book. Both those comments litter threads all over AIM.

The one and only reason EUZ is stalled is because there is almost ZERO interest from any buyers due to the fact that there are so many uncertainties and unknowns. LR and team are simply slow and lack the PR efforts we are all accustomed too, not to say they aren’t applying efforts elsewhere. They just aren’t maki PR efforts.
LR has made it super clear on multiple occasions, he has always sought after a stable SP..... :) I think that goal has been achieved.... haha
To release a RNS now to invoke a hike only to have it simmer back down to where we are because of the lack of follow up info would be counter active to a “stable SP”.

Not only have buyers gone elsewhere and rightfully so but the MM’s aren’t even giving EUZ the time of day so there is no MM competition. MM competition on AIM plays a massive role in SP movement BULLS AND BEARS.
The only thing the will move EUZ is more buyers and MM comp.
That will only happen with PR from Europa.
Or just prior to any RNS with the right percentage of leakage.

The reality is, if this isn’t the excitement you were after, sell out, go trade volition companies, make your gains and then come back next week or in 2 weeks and buy your holding back and some.

Technically it was only one Price Monitoring (PM) pause with one Price Monitoring Extension (PME) because the first PR failed to reach a price. The RNS is automatic so effectively a mute point.
The PME is a good thing in either direction as it brings some calm to the farm :)
Most PME’s are related to the BS AIM spreads that sometimes appear from market movers trying to sell their shovels in a gold rush. PME’s are not generated by necessarily high volumes or rapid SP change.
If the spread is reasonable and allows fair price then no PME is necessary.

Cheers Shed, My past life was in the drilling world extensively and then distant Junior exploration from the funding side and through that, naturally was affiliated with geological and mining teams and sepration was and always has been to my knowledge the focus of many innovative teams as requires probably the most amount of time to achieve. Thats about the extent of my knowledge in that area. I know Telfer in the early 2000's I was drilling onsite during busy extraction days and Au seperation was always a topic of conversation, though well above my understanding.
Much would be easier to research and understand if we were able to gain more of a trasnparent live view into EUZ and Toral. LR and team have done a great job in many area's including efforts to achieve "grown Up Company" status however the information flow has unfortunately been the companies achilles heel.
Its easy for me to sit here without total context, and make the judgement that information flow would have a greater effect on SP but the reality of happenings behind closed doors, unfortunately now one will ever know.

I personally have only been on the SP for 18months and my hope is that the flow of +'s to come in the coming month's will finally be the "sunlit uplands" as you say for all those on here who have been onfor the ride for a lot longer than I have, and paid the price too.
